Kestrel & Finch started in 2013 at a kitchen table in Salina, when two friends who had spent years inside larger consulting firms decided that small-business owners deserved the same quality of advice — without the jargon or the hourly meter running. Today we are a team of three advisors who work with family businesses, trades, clinics and shops across central Kansas. We keep our client list small on purpose, so every business gets an advisor who knows the owner by name, understands the numbers, and answers the phone.
